This beloved Grey Birch v1 Ruger 10/22 LaChassis of mine took a 3ft drop and landed smack dab right onto the extended folding buttstock.
 
I wept.
I cried.
 
BUT upon further inspection I discovered the fall actually only broke off a few pieces of the hinge (see pics and video) leaving the chassis as a whole completely functional!
 
Long story short, in its busted up state I can't use it in promotionals anymore AND Grey Birch no longer makes the required hinge adapter (I know cuz I asked) SO this beloved (and rare) chassis is up for sale at a pretty heavy discount when you consider they go for around $500 if you can find them!
 
You can continue using this as is with the slight wiggle in the stock (see vid) OR just replace the side folder with your own preferred picatinny attachable side folder:)

It's been well loved, showing dings, knicks and paint degradation of actually use. I'd consider this chassis in good condition (minus the semi busted hinge adapter) BUT ready and waiting for years and years of pew'ing:)
